Day of Coordinator

Wedding planning doesn't have to be all on your shoulders. Our event team is here to bear the load and assist in making your day run smoothly. We have practical tools to help with planning and preparation of your wedding. We are truly here to help on you wedding day.

Who is the Event Team? What do they do?

• Event Team to assist you from the moment you tour our facility until the end of your event.

• Event Team will assist with greeting and directing guest to appropriate area.  Filling beverages, serving head table & honorable guests, dessert table, clearing tables after meal, removing extra tables & chairs for dance, pack up decorations, and handling the set up and take down of lawn games and of course taking out the garbage.

  • Event Team will assist in any issues or situations that may arise

  • Event team will also take down tables and chairs. They are are here to help make your day run smoothly

Who else helps with Day of Coordinating?

Every couple will have a Lead Team member who will be the go to person for all questions. The Lead Team member will be in contact with you from day 1 in preparing for the wedding day. Helps coordinate and is a wedding planner.

What do they help with?

  • Follow up questions after booking. Help fill out online planner

  • Assist with finding vendors in order to communicate expectations

  • Leading walk through tours with family and preparation with Share Shed items

  • Gives direction and leads dress rehearsal.

  • Works with you personally to help grasp your vision for your day. This includes helping withe decor.

  • Helps direct foot traffic (example: getting groomsmen were they need to be)

Meet our Team Leads

Renae Groskreutz (Head Team Lead)

Renae is the R of JR’s Barn. Here passions included: throwing parties, riding Harleys with her family, and traveling. She truly disrires to make every wedding day stress free and run as smoothly as possible.

Amanda Graham

Amanda is Renae’s eldest daughter. She is married and has 3 sons. Her hobbies include: running, camping with family, videography, and drinking coffee. She specializes with helping the bride feel relaxed and solving issues that can arise during the day.

Rachel Resse

Rachel is a mom of 4 from St. Claire who has been a friend of the Groskreutz’s for many years. She specializes in decor and helps with creativity. Her hobbies include: designing cloths, riding horses, dance teacher, and baking.
